How do you judge your performance against the policies and procedures you advertise and recognise?
Arrangements can be made to visit a customer property unannounced, to ascertain whether the company’s policies/standards and procedures are being adhered to by staff. Are they following the companies and surveyors’ instructions by the signed contract of the customer?
Many companies who have worked alongside NKS Training Solutions to complete assessments, see it as a great way to assess the performance and quality of the staff, either office based or on site, in order to ascertain whether any further training is required.
These assessments are completely independent, and all information gained is reported back to the company chairman/director. More and more quality organisations/accreditation companies look at these assessments to discern whether the standards and quality which exist within a company match industry standards.
